Excellent packable puffer coat. Not too puffy. Not too shiny. Washes well and dries quickly. Zippered pockets are a plus. Amazon Essentials jacket is $15 cheaper than Old Navy mens’ packable puffer, which lacks a hood!
Only downside is that you have to store/keep the mini bag somewhere vs. packing into a self-pocket. But I guess that’s more of a personal preference than a flaw.
Plenty warm and the wind doesn’t cut through it and not bulky. I have been wearing it every night for two weeks delivering pizza in January. So far its perfect however I would like draw strings on the hood. It does not have a way to pull the hood tight. The coat zipped fully is what holds the hood on. Works OK but pull strings would be better. This my first review ever! I look at reviews a lot so I thought its about time. Very good coat in first two weeks.

This is perfect fit for those who are wanting an Ultralight or lightweight and light cost jacket, it is now my go to jacket for the Texas nights! I am preparing for the AT and/or PCT next year and this was added to the testing and preparation, so far it has not let me down!
